Element control systems were engaged to carry out the manufacture, installation and commissioning of operable and fixed ventilation systems for this impressive building. Multiple electrically operated louvre banks were installed strategically on the hall elevations to provide natural ventilation and evaporative cooling relief.
The controls were interfaced with the building management systems in order to be consistently monitored and automatically operated. The plant room air intakes were installed on different raking degrees to give an appealing visual effect, whilst also providing security and privacy. The design of the louvres were also removable for plant maintenance requirements. A twenty year warranty applied to all Element Control Systems installed structures.
