The structures consist of various multiple story buildings hosting modern, spacious retirement apartments that are located within close proximity to the beach.
The accommodation provided includes residential and communal living areas that will service both retirees (public) with a modern retirement facility and the needs of the existing Minda residents through the provision of modern accommodation. This is the first stage of the Minda Master Plan which is to be rolled out over the coming years with an estimated overall value of $200m.
